Let’s walk through winter into spring with a new creative practice.
Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way is a playful and wily guide to loving ourselves and feeling more free through new actions, challenges, perspectives, and games.
This winter, we will move through the full 12-week program over a spacious 14-week timeline. We will meet, befriend, and learn about the parts of us that “block our creativity” to protect us from the vulnerability of being seen. Cameron’s text and exercises will serve as a jumping-off point for deeper experiential work, individually and in a group.
